I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with JBQAV. Jaron, the owner, and Brenten, his contracted AV technician were fantastic. They took what is normally a pretty standard AV setup for our company offsite and turned it into a full production that genuinely wowed our entire team.We had quite a few real-time changes throughout the event, and Jaron and Brenten were incredibly flexible, quick to adapt, and positive through all of it. They worked thoughtfully within our budget and, most importantly, helped us create a hybrid setup that allowed team members who couldn't attend in person to feel like they were truly part of the room and the conversation.After spending several days working closely with them, it's also clear that Jaron and Brenten are just genuinely wonderful people who care about what they do and the people they're working with. By the end of the offsite, we were joking that we wished we could take them with us to every event!Their work was such a big part of what made this offsite successful that it has genuinely made us want to come back to Santa Cruz and do it all over again next year. Could not recommend JBQAV more highly!

Jaron was very professional and kept everybody dancing. His set up is amazing - really great lighting and sound quality. He worked with us on a tailored play list in advance and was enthusiastic and kind throughout the party! Highly recommend him!!
