“I can’t recommend Troy highly enough! I originally reached out to his plumbing company because our home water treatment system’s brine tank looked dirty and I was concerned. Troy came out to the house and took the time to explain the entire water treatment process at length. He was incredibly honest, explaining that brine tanks naturally get a bit dirty and that paying for a professional cleaning wouldn’t provide much of a return on investment. What really impressed me was that he dug deeper to find our actual concern: hair loss. Instead of a temporary fix for the tank, he suggested adding a pre-stage carbon filtration system, which directly addresses the water quality issues affecting our hair. It is rare to find a professional so dedicated to education and finding the right solution rather than just making a quick sale. If you need an expert who is knowledgeable and honest, call Troy!” I will be working with him to add a carbon filter for our water softener system.
