l used this service to install air conditioning. They were Pacific Air USA at the time. Terrible!! They talk a good game, but actually are a very poor company. The initial time they installed my air, they left a big hole in my laundry room wall. It was behind a door. They just left without telling me about the hole and l had to discover it myself, which required me to call them back out to repair the wall. Then the thermostat they installed stopped working and it was weeks and weeks of frustration before I had to call them out again to get the thermostat fixed. To top everything off when they installed the pipe to the air conditioning they cut a hole in a screen outside my home and left a big hole such that rodents were able to get into the home. It cost me thousands of dollars to have that infestation cleaned up. Now, I'm in a dispute with them over reimbursement because they're refusing responsibility. I wish l had read the poor reviews before hiring them. l will be pursuing this matter further. UPDATE: Pacific Air USA, who performed the work outlined above, was acquired by Trio Heating & Air. I want to clarify that Trio did not cause the problem. However, they made efforts to correct that situation. Since the above, my heater has stopped working. Once again Trio has stepped to assist with getting my heating issue resolved. The technician who came today, Zach, was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a blow-by-blow description of what caused the heater to stop working and what needs to be done to fix it. The follow up work was scheduled before he left my premises. I have confidence that Trio will rectify this latest issue.

Very knowledgeable. We learnt about ducts in our house and what to do & what not to do. Thankfully, they prevented us from disturbing the asbestos and also gave the quote in case we want to do it properly in future.

Trio Air came out to inspect my old furnace for issues. Andres was very thorough and documented all the issues with the furnace, recommending a replacement and arranging for another tech to come out the same day to give me a quote. Cesar came to inspect my heating system and explained several options for replacing the furnace and vents. Though I decided not to move forward with the installation, Trio Heating was a pleasure to work with.

Trio H&A replaced an old gas wall heater with a ductless heat pump system. The system qualifies for the state and federal tax credits, so it was a good deal. Tony accommodated my requests for style and location. Other companies only mentioned the ugly high wall ductless vents or an expensive duct system install. I was delighted when I discovered that there was an inconspicuous low wall vent unit for ductless systems. William and Miguel did a professional job. The system works great! It's not a 5 score because they underestimated the time of completion. It took 2 1/2 days, not one. The agreement included the removal of an old wall heater and wall patch. After the first two days, they finished the install, but left the unpatched area where the old heater was. I didn't get a firm reply when the patch would be done until days later. They finished the work, and I'm happy with the system.
