We hired Ben to replace our kitchen faucet in a condo because the water pressure was low and the faucet was also shaking. Ben is responsible and easy to reach out to. I feel the most difficult part is finding a parking lot in SF city... (30 mins for it) I'm happy that he is patient and is still willing to wait and help. Removing the old faucet spends a bit of time because we were figuring out why the water cannot shut down fully. After that, I think he has no problem with the new faucet installation. Thanks to his help, we have the new faucet with a huge amount of water coming out. The water pressure issue got solved. The total charge is $320 with 1.5 hours spent.

Excellent service, outstanding responsiveness, professionalism, value, and overall superior quality. I needed a few outlets changed in my place which Ben was able to fix very quick and efficiently, even was able to help out on putting up some new furniture, a fan, and mounting a tv. He was very mindful of details and left our area clean, neat, and ready to use. Very pleased, highly recommend to anyone, and would work with again thank you Ben!
