I connected with JJ Electric around 10:00 this morning. He immediately replied that he was available now. He quickly responded and provided a quote. I agreed with his quote. The he mentioned that he was out of town and would be arriving at 11:00. I knew the area where he was and knew that he would need every bit of 2 hours of a drive. I asked him if he wanted cash or card, no response. By 12:30, I messaged him to see if he was still coming. Again, no answer. About an hour or so later, I sent him a message not to bother showing up. I did not want someone who would treat a new customer like that working on electrical at my house. If you plan to hire this guy, I hope he communicates better with you. The least he could have done was to notify me that he changed his mind and would not be accepting this job. I could have had another contractor here to do the job without wasting the day on this flake!

Jose did excellent work at my place on a few new outlets and light fixtures, as well as installation of a Nest Hello doorbell. My house is challenging as there is limited attic space, and these challenges were time consuming. Despite that, he gave me a good price. I'm having him do some more work for me next week! :) I'll continue to use him for any electrical work in the future. Professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and honest.

Jose did a great job installing an outdoor outlet and running outdoor lighting conduit, including fixing some work from another electrician that wasn’t properly done. Friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. I’ll be using him for all of my future electrical work.
