- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Included in my pricing are all your touched-up digital photos in high resolution, your personal online gallery for easy sharing, no additional tax nor travel fee. We also offer professional albums, specialty wood, acrylic and metallic prints.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'd love to speak with you over the phone or in person to answer your questions and to hear more what you're looking for in your photographer as well as the delivered photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nothing beats experience. While our technical education about cameras and lighting were a good start, having been part of many precious weddings from various cultures, ranging from intimate elopement to 1000+ guests festivities, we have the know-how to navigate the often surprising twists and turns at weddings to capture beautiful moments for you and your loved ones.
