- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fairly priced compared to competition, our painters are experts and our sales associates have all done the work themselves so they know how to advise you and answer any and all questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to first schedule an on-site visit to deliver an accurate pricing proposal that will be formally emailed over to you directly after the visit for your review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are trained on customer service, painting interior and exterior regulations and we are licensed, bonded and insured.
