Art contacted me within minutes of me texting. We set an appointment for 11:00 am. Art showed at 10:50. He assessed the issues with the Norditrack treadmill and explain in detail to me. He was ready to give the treadmill a complete diagnostic check and once completed Art did the maintenance on the machine. He was very friendly, punctual, informative and best of all he had the machine running like it was brand new.
I intend on having Art come to my home once a year to maintain the treadmill. I might say my wife is very happy and when she is happy I am happy.

Our treadmill was having software issues that were making it unusable. Art quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and then did additional maintenance steps such as lubricating and recalibrating the belt, among other things. He also gave some very helpful advice about future maintenance. The treadmill is now in excellent shape, and we couldn't be happier.

Fantastic experience ! Got my belt replaced in an hour with fine tuning, leveling with ground to avoid single side movement. Lots of tips and also a demo on how to apply the liquid half yearly. Really impressed with his work and would strongly recommend for any gym equipmentrepair
