FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
180.00 for diagnostics & preventative services. $100 hourly for each hour after initial diagnosis. Discount if paid in cash. other discounts may apply just ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few questions to understand the issue and the equipment involved. From there, we'll schedule a convenient service visit. During the appointment, I perform a complete inspection, diagnose the root cause, explain my findings, and provide an upfront estimate before any additional repairs are made. Once approved, I complete the repair, calibrate and test the equipment, and make sure it's operating safely and correctly before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 13 years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining commercial and residential fitness equipment. I've worked on treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, strength equipment, and more for major fitness facilities, apartment communities, hotels, and private homeowners. My experience comes from years of diagnosing and repairing equipment in real-world environments while focusing on safety, reliability, and preventative maintenance.
