Juan was great, he came when he said, quickly went to work performing tests. he replaced a part he had in stock, did a little more checking & tweaking, plus he ran the a.c. for a bit to make sure everything was fine. he also recommended cleaning the outside unit. since i knew it had never been done, we had him do that also. the a.c. has been working great for past two weeks!
