My motor has been making noise for a while. On a random Sunday morning, I came across Ben, which apparently (and luckily) is a garage door technician at Alcatraz garage door. I shared with him the problem I was having, and he offered to come have a look, no charge. He showed up a day later, fixed my motor, and showed me what I need to do in the future to maintain it, all for a very (!) reasonable price. I definitely recommend
