Hi everyone :),My husband is a very busy man and I took the responsibility of finding a remodeling company on my shoulders, when I started the process i had a lot of concerns and I am so grateful for the experience and the privilege to work with Golden view renovation in our dream project to remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms.When I met Asaf at the initial consultation, i was really impressed with Asaf patient and sensitivity, from the beginning I felt that he's taking care of me in a personal way and focus himself on understanding my needs.We needed to change the layout of our kitchen and the project was complex according to 2 different companies that came to give me estimate before him, Asaf was overcoming some obstacles with is experience and creativity and from the first step he was very transparent about what to expect, he wasn't the cheapest but he explained the scope of the project and we ended up hiring him on the spot for the job.Before we finalize the plans for the project I experienced a unique process with his company "GOLDEN VIEW Algorithm of service"Asaf Took his time to ask me many questions about the kitchen and how we use different areas in the kitchen space and I really felt that he's going with me step by step to understand in a deep way what will be the best design according to my needs, it was a different experience for me, One of the things that impressed me the most was his ideas around the main island in the kitchen because of my back problem, he helped me to design the layout and the functionality in a way that Really fits my needs, it wasn't easy because according to the plans that we created we planned to move the counter and to create a new plumbing connection, Asaf was super interactive with me during the project always respond and there is no way that I will ever do another project whiteout him and his company,super recommended!!!

We were looking to build an addition to our house and came across Golden View Renovation. We received several bids and chose Golden View because of competitive planning pricing and the fact that they were the only company we evaluated which covered all stages: Human engineering algorithm, planning, design and building, and credit planning cost toward building expenses. Now that our project completed, I can tell that we have made good choice. We are very impressed with quality of work.Every construction project (especially big one as house addition) is not ideal. There will be always surprises, issues, etc. Obviously, quality is very important for us, but equally important is how issues were resolved. Golden View were there for us along all the stages and resolved hiccups very fast and with high quality. I give credit to our project manager Tal. He is super responsive and very scrupulous. He would visit project site very often and point out issues or give directions to contractors. I would always rely on Tal to perform quality work.I would like to especially emphasize quality of the preparation work and work ethics by Golden View. Our project was caught by the COVID19 shutdown. But even before the government initiated shutdown and work was stopped, Tal personally made sure to isolate building site from the rest of the living space. They setup plastic tarp from wall to wall and from ceiling to floor, so site was completely sealed and isolated, which was very important for elderly members of our family. Even taking into consideration that project was stopped for couple of months due to pandemic, we were impressed how fast project was completed.I would highly recommend Golden View for any construction project!

Golden View crew did a GREAT job on the house. They did everything as promised and the floors, granite, cabinets, tile etc are beautiful. They were timely and any issues were handled immediately. They do great work!!!!! I am very visual and picky and they put up me! They can do it all!!! They gave me a great price as well. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them. Had used other contractors in past that did very subpar work. Asaf was our project manager and he Will takes pride in his work and knew his stuff and made sure everything looked and was done right. Asaf was great to work with and addressed anything promptly. Thanks for the gorgeous work!!

Golden View Renovation was awesome! Anytime I had a question, they were always quick to answer with every specific detail to the work needed to be done. My kitchen was repaired and done so professionally, quickly, and with care! My family and I love the way the kitchen turned out! I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to fix up any part if their home.

Very happy we decided to hire Golden View Renovation!Our project was fairly small for their standards but they made us feel like #1 clients.The remodeling process can be stressful but I appreciate their approach and service.Tal and Asaf were delightful super crafty.Great operation with very good values and care. Highly recommended!
