A friend of mine referred Ofer to me for my Kitchen remodel project as he heard I have been thinking about changing the layout and making it open concept with an island. As usual, friends don't lie and Ofer went above and beyond my expectation. He took care of everything from A to Z. Plans, permits, 3D designs, and amazing results in the end. He paid attention to the small details and was on schedule during the whole project. I am so happy with my kitchen remodel so I can't wait for my next one! Thanks to the THB team in general and Ofer especially.

Ofer and his team were professional and client focused from start to finish. We needed our shower done quickly, then we had them upgrade the electrical box and wiring, replace the termite eaten wood floors, and update the original 1963 kitchen. They removed the leaking/cracked shower pan and all of the tile in the shower and replaced it. Travis and Isreal listened when I said I wanted a little niche for shaving my legs and it fits the tiny space better than a bench or stool. Maria their designer took us to two stores and helped us quickly pick out shower tile, river rock, new luxury vinyl flooring, kitchen cabinets, countertops, drawer pulls and backsplash, which we did in 2 hours. If we went on our own it would have taken us days. They got the permits and we were only out of the house for 5 weeks when the power/electrical was upgraded. We ended up adding a whole new hvac system because we only had the original furnace and ducts and needed A/C. There was an issue with the quality of the cabinets that we ordered. Since they referred us to this subcontractor, they helped us get our money back so that Travis and Ofer could make us custom cabinets for our kitchen. It took a few weeks longer than planned but the outcome was well worth it. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. We are so happy with our new house.

My wife and I recently renovated our home using Top Home Builders (THB). They did a wonderful job! The owner of the company, Ofer, was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, requests, and concerns. The costs were reasonable and Ofer was able to work within our budget. They also worked VERY fast while still providing high quality work. Our foreman, Travis, was outstanding and more or less served as a project manager for us when that was lacking at times. I highly recommend choosing THB for your renovation/remodeling needs.

After interviewing several contractors, we decided to go with Top Home Builders for a bathroom conversion project. They helped us changed two connected bedrooms into a master suite, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Shahar was our project managers and I couldn't say enough good things about his communication, knowledge and accommodations during the entire process. The initial design phase really helped us visualize what we want for the end product. The work quality of the construction team is top notch and very flexible in terms of change of plans if anything comes up. We also never had any issues with permitting and inspections since Shahar took care of all for us. I would highly recommend THB to anyone and would certainly use them again for future projects

My husband Greg and I just had our 50 yr old townhouse renovated by Top Home Builders in August 2022. Not only did they do an excellent job remodeling our kitchen and primary bathroom, but they scrapped popcorn off multiple ceilings, and painted our entire interior. They did all the work in 3 weeks before my family came out for vacation! Our expectations were completely beyond exceeded! We love all the hard work and quality touches that Top Home Builders did for us! Without a doubt, I would strongly recommended them to anyone! They stayed on budget and finished the work in record time. We love our remodeled townhome so much, we aren’t sure we will rent it out now.
