FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe quality stone repair should be an affordable alternative to replacement. Our pricing is honest, transparent, and based on the type of repair—not on selling unnecessary services. Whenever possible, we’ll recommend restoring your existing countertop instead of replacing it, helping you save money while extending the life of your investment. We provide clear estimates with no hidden fees, and many projects can be quoted from photos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by listening to the customer’s concerns and reviewing photos of the damaged area. After evaluating the condition, we provide an honest recommendation and a clear estimate. If a repair is the best solution, we’ll explain the process, schedule the service, and complete the work with precision and attention to detail. Before leaving, we make sure you’re completely satisfied and offer maintenance recommendations to help keep your stone looking its best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of hands-on work in the stone industry, including fabrication, installation, finishing, and restoration of granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, porcelain, and other stone surfaces. This practical background allows us to understand how countertops are built and how to perform repairs that are durable, natural-looking, and long-lasting. We continue learning new restoration techniques and products to provide the highest quality results for our customers.
