- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing for window and gutter cleaning Is average for the Industry . We Keep a flat rate when giving estimates to our clients so the pricing is transparent and easy to understand with no hidden charges. Our window cleaning price includes the cleaning of the inside outside the screen the basic cleaning of the inside tracks and the wiping down of the frame on the outside and removal of cobwebs in the surrounding areas. This is a much more thorough cleaning than any other company offers in their basic window cleaning package for this area. Our gutter cleaning involves a 3 step process that ensures your gutters look like new and flow perfectly. We pressure wash the entire length of the inside of the gutter and blast the down spouts out and clear of any debris. Also we offer a seasonal guarantee for gutter cleaning to ensure peace of mind that if somehow the gutter becomes clogged we will return free of charge within the same season to fix whatever the problem may be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to Have a quick conversation with a first time customer to get a few details, enter them into our amazing C.R.M That makes estimates invoicing and communication very easy! From there we determine a good date and time to come out for an on site estimate if the customer prefers or we can schedule the date for service they're based off of our average pricing and before we performed the work we will send an email estimate to the customer for approval. Payment can be made either on site or within one week of the service that is performed using various methods of payment that we have available.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 15 years of on the job experience there isn't much that we can't handle when it comes to taking care of our customers! We have done hi rise buildings, post construction cleanups, sign removal, screen repair/ rebuilds, residential and commercial window and gutter cleaning. We also have done various gutter guard installations, power washing, and solar panel cleaning. We look forward to taking on any new project that we can.
