- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on services rendered. We are open to providing services within your budget, but all details must be discussed during the consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each process is based on the customer's preference. We hold a phone, video conference, and/or in-person consultation to have a better understanding of the client's needs. During the consultation, we take the time to understand our client's skin and what they are looking to achieve the day of service. Following the consultation, a deposit is required to secure our services. Deposit is 30% of the entire service, which will need to be made 7 days following the initial consultation.
