- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our services have flat pricing. If there is a unique project, we will send one of our technicians with a deductible inspection fee. Once someone uses Ace Proficient, they will have discounts on every next service!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will pay the service fee whenever you are satisfied with the project. Ask for any changes or additional requests before the tech leaves your location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technicians are background-checked with a minimum of 2 years of experience. We have regional supervisors in every location to maintain the high quality of our team.
