Siva, I appreciate you adding a review to my profile. I am sorry you felt dissatisfied with the cleaning I did, and I apologize for the misunderstanding that must have occurred. However, I strongly disagree with the statements you made about what wasn't cleaned and I do not appreciate you making my work seem less that subpar. It was not my job to upkeep your apartment during the time you lived there, and as a result, it was your responsibility to wash your dishes, wipe out your kitchen shelves and pantry, rinse the shower of hair and dead skin, and to throw away your empty/unwanted items and trash. The bathtubs were indeed touched, in fact, they were scrubbed and soaked not once but three times, took a lot of time and looked immaculate compared to what I walked into when I arrived. They had both been covered in mold and had been neglected so long that you had actually stained and set black dirt and grime permanently into the tub liners. The kitchen, also covered in mold and left over food, caked layers of food from unmaintained appliances and shelving, was a task that would have taken 2 whole business days to complete. You hired me to do a move out cleaning, with no request to deep clean your entire home. When asked if there were any specific problem areas or guild lines for what you wanted done, you stated "no" and asked me to just to clean up each room and try to get the black stains off the walls and attempt to clean the huge dark spot in the carpet. I have attached pictures of one of the bathrooms and the kitchen that I took while cleaning. You're statements in this review were inaccurate, despite the hours I was paid for. I usually would have charged extra for almost every room in your apartment, however I gave you a break on that because of the time it took to finish the job. I would appreciate if you would take this review off thumbtack, or re-write it to reflect the work that was done and the condition you left it in before I arrived. Thank you.
