Vlad is excellent! He clearly knows his stuff, he's very friendly, and his customer service is top-notch. Our front door was crooked and had trouble closing because of misalignment with its frame. In addition to fixing those problems, Vlad installed new weather stripping to boost energy efficiency, new hinges to give the door a fresh look, and a new handle we had picked up. He even noticed a problem with our storm door that had been bothering us and fixed it without being asked, so it no longer needs to be propped open. In short, Vlad went above and beyond for our project. We already hope to work with him again in the future!
