Butch, Bianca and other guys at San Jose Hardwood Floors, Carpet & Vinyl are really helpful guys!I had an installer scheduled for my installation. But one week before the scheduled installation, they told me they could not do my job. As I had scheduled move-in according to the floor installation schedule, I was stranded. After talking to Butch, he came on site and did the measurement and quoted me a great price. Then he promised me he would have as many workers as helpful on-site to finish my work in time as originally scheduled.Things did happen as scheduled, but two days into the work, some problem with my floor was identified and it is not proper to continue installation of wood floors in some rooms of my house until late summer. Butch talked to me, gave me an offer of installing temporary carpet in those rooms at whatever his cost is. Believe me, I quoted at other carpet vendors and Butch's offer was way way lower than others.On a rainy Friday, Bianca and his son waited after her hours for me to pick the color in their office. His son, a lovely boy, was so sleepy. But because of me, he could only sleep with all the noises in their office. (Sorry again, Bianca!)After I pick the color, Bianca went ahead and ordered the carpet from the vendor. She found out that the carpet could only be delivered next Thursday and my move was scheduled on the Sunday following that. Butch promised he would have his workers stand by Thursday evening and Friday morning. Once the carpet is delivered, they will come to my house and make sure I can move in on Sunday.Well, everything else did work as scheduled. But I understand that Butch and his company mobilized a great deal of resources to stand by more my work, one after another.Thanks you all at San Jose Hardwood Floors, Carpet and Vinyl !

San Jose Hardwood Floors is the best. As part of a pretty major kitchen remodel, we wanted to get hardwood throughout, but really didn't know much about it. Butch spent a lot of time with us and helped us make all the right choices. In the end we chose a dark-stained hickory because we wanted a really durable surface (dogs!). The floor was beautiful the day it was installed 13 years ago and has been amazing ever since. We really appreciate all the time and personalized service that went into the experience of working with Butch & the team. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
