We set up a cleaning for 11am on Thursday for my one bedroom one bathroom condo. She gave me a good price I couldn't refuse. Because I live in a secured building, I had my my mom stay in the lobby of the condo waiting in order to open the door for her. When she was half an hour late I texted her (I couldn't call because I was in a meeting at work) and asked if she would still make it. She texts back saying she is lost. After we talk on the phone she finally made it . . . one hour late. We had agreed she would do a deep cleaning which includes a regular cleaning of everything (full bathroom and kitchen) Plus windows, the stove/ oven and refrigerator. None of those were cleaned. The bathroom was not swept or mopped, the toilet was not cleaned, the kitchen floor was not swept or mopped, the stove, oven, windows and refrigerator were not cleaned either. The bathtub looked ok but the doors weren't cleaned. She also threw out bottles in my shower that were not empty (like my conditioner). I really wish I could give her a better rating but I can't do that AND be honest about my experience.

She arrived on-time (a little early), is quick to respond to calls and texts, did everything that was asked of her (kitchen, bathrooms, trash removal, floors) and MORE (she vacuumed the carpeted staircase). Our house was grimy and needed Maria's brand of attention. Very affordable, will DEFINITELY repeat.

My home needed basic cleaning, so was given about 2 hours of service when in actuality needed 3 hours, the worked performed during that time was great, bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen. Not all my cleaning requests could be performed because of 2 hour limit, next time I will hire for 3 hours so proper cleaning can be accomplished. Would hire again.
