FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the condition of the house, apartment, office, or commercial property. We have cleaned 4 bedroom houses that were not so dirty, and we have cleaned 4 bedroom houses that were extremely dirty with dirt, dust, spider webs, and bad odor. The first cleaning is usually more costly than the cleanings after. After the first cleaning, the price will be lower for the next cleanings because it will be a lot cleaner since we already cleaned it. Besides the first cleaning, the rest of the cleanings will be the same price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, we speak over the phone so I can have a better understanding of the type of cleaning that the new customer would like. The types of cleanings range from Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and the more advanced cleanings are the Moving-Out or Moving-In cleanings. When speaking on the phone, I ask the customer if there is any specific details that they would like us to clean. For example, many customers are concerned with dust and mold that is building up in hidden areas around the house. Our House Cleaning team is trained to spotting dirty, hidden spots, and they make sure to lift up objects to clean underneath and always remove picture frames to clean the back side. Additionally, our cleaning team makes sure to clean the hidden spots on the windows, fridge, oven, bathroom, drawers, on the ceiling, and on all the corners where spider webs are found. After gathering the details of the type of cleaning, I set up an appointment with the client to see the house and give a better estimate. The estimate is free. Estimates are important to do in order to give a more accurate price. After the estimate, we agree on the day and time for the cleaning and decide how often the client would like cleaning. On the day of cleaning, we text you to remind you we are on the way to your house, apartment, office, condo, townhouse, or commercial property. We always accept feedback and criticism to make sure your needs are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 25 years in the House Cleaning business. Before starting my own company, I worked for a local cleaning business for 2 years. There, I learned the work ethic that is required to maintain a good reputation and status in this business. I also learned that new and better products are constantly being invented, so it is important to keep up with the latest products. All of our products are eco-friendly.
