- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is different for each type of cleaning and for each profile of residence, because we analyze their particularities. For the first regular cleaning, the price is higher because it is more detailed and takes more time, however, if the customer wishes to maintain regularity, we offer discounts according to the desired frequency. Deep cleans, move-in and move-out are more expensive because they require more effort, more products and more time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the quotation to the first cleanings, we observe the main needs of the new client and adapt to what is really important to him, as each house and each client is unique.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for professionals who meet your expectations and don't just look for prices. Not always the cheapest or the most expensive will take care of your home as you would like.
