I really wanted to give Ramirez cleaning services a good review, but I just can't. They showed up almost an hour late, and gave a 2-hour estimate for cleaning out my house for a move out. After 2 hours, they told me to come back 2 hours later. When I came back, they didn't seem finished, so I stood outside and waited for a few minutes. De eventually came out and said they were done, and wanted payment without doing a walk-through. Big mistake! The light fixture in the kitchen was taken down but not put back up, shelving and screens were taken down and left on the kitchen counter, the stove top had some dirt on it that I was easily able to pick up with my fingers, one of the bathrooms had spots that I was able to wipe up with my fingertips, so it definitely wasn't well mopped. There was also a mystery contact case that I had probably dropped years ago, just lying in the middle of that bathroom. Many of the surfaces were clean, and carpets were vacuumed, so there was a lot of cleaning that was finished, just not the last details. Very disappointing.

Worst cleaners I ever hired!! I have used services from many cleaners and this was the worst one. No turndown of bedsheets, bathroom rugs not picked up, trash not thrown and in general very poor job. We kept all surfaces empty and the sink empty. They sprayed chemicals on food and eggs that were organized in a corner. They took less than 2 hours to clean our 3 bed 2 bath house.
