Attic Bros is a family-owned attic and crawl space contractor serving San Jose and the Bay Area since 2010. Two kinds of jobs make up most of our work. If your insulation is old, thin or damaged, we remove it and install new insulation — fiberglass batts, blown-in, cellulose or rockwool, whichever suits the house — so it holds its temperature and the heating and cooling bills come down. And when rats or mice got there first, we handle the whole thing in one visit: inspection with photos, trapping, sealing the entry points with steel mesh and metal flashing, removing the contaminated insulation, sanitizing, then new insulation — most homes in a day. No poisons. We also clean crawl spaces, install vapor barriers and replace air ducts. We don't install furnaces or air conditioners. Diamond Certified. CA License #1115608 (B, C-2). Free inspections.

I will recommended attic bros because of their service. Joey and his team helped us to remove some old insulation and get rid of the rodent we had in our attic. they been fast and efficient with their work.

The initial inspection followed by the scheduling, performing the job and following up on the job while providing timely updates that are detailed enough that we understand what we are getting done and the ease of communicating with the technicians that were onsite were all great! Thanks Eric, Joey, Cesar, Armondo, Carroll. Although there are follow up visits to close down the job, I have no second thoughts in writing an all positive review.
