- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Budgets are guidelines- not actual costs. Like any relationship there is a push and pull and things can always be value engineered to fit your budget. Consultations fees are credited back to your project. Sometimes are perks of promotional pricing less than MSRP when working with an interior designer. Shipping fees and storage fees are unavoidable, but we do our best to minimize errors with our standard practices that will make your life easier.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening to a new prospective client’s needs, pain points, and learning about their present lifestyle needs and future goals. Through a brief discovery call I’ll be able to provide a realistic budget and helpful insight as to what to expect when working with an interior designer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Logistics and management background, and almost a decade in the high end interior design residential business has provided range in being a full service interior designer. No job is too small or beneath me. I love every part of what I do.
