Andre painted all the walls, doors and baseboards of our house in just under 2 days on 1 day notice! He is a very hard working professional. He worked until 10 PM on both days to make sure that all the work is complete before we move into our house. He is very responsive with great attention to detail. I highly recommend him.

Andrea did a fabulous job painting my loft size living room, dining room and ceilings. He is very composed, focused, quiet and knows his jo very well. The communication using Google translator was little hurdle but as he understands requirement well, there isnt lot to talk more

I chose AM Santos Painting because all of the reviews I previously read. It seemed he was Professional, focused on quality and offered great value. Boy did he deliver on all these traits and then some. Santos impressed me by his promptness, his follow thru, his abilities to be innovative in working with his Translator application to bridge the gap in our communications. I would do my best to speak Spanish and English, while he'd communicate in Brazillian, and never was there an issue where we didn't understand each other because of it. Santos, as he calls himself, does what he does best. He paints with precision, he strives for quality and perfection, he's very fair in his pricing, and he's quick and prompt to want to take on work. This is the reason he won me over and cause he was eager and could start the next day too . I had to operate a rental home quickly. He does interior painting only and did the following for me: 1) Two tone accent painted a powder room 2) Re-secured and raised a Pedestal Sink, then caulked all around it, from sink to base. 3) Painted facing boards. side boards on 29 steps 4) FreeBee: Cleaned off adhesive off stairs with Goo Gone 5) FreeBee: Siliconed my Toilet. Thank you 6) Touched up walls and baseboard paints 7) Painted a Master Bath & Toilet Room 8) Made me think about painting 1/2 of a hall closet, a color versus white to avoid dirt, skuffs, and the constant re-painting, which we actually liked in the end. We did this to maximize on paints I did have, versus worry about those that I didn't He was tidy, cleaned up after himself, and did every precision work freehand. He knows his paints and what's good where and what not good. I appreciated the extra freebees he did for me, and gave me a feeling that this is a guy that ads value to one's life, when you can take something off my plate, while I have an incredible balance with elderly. Because he was so eager to start early, I was willing to invest into a Lock Box and allow him to do his thing un-micro managed, starting early as he wanted, so he could balance his full day. Santos could spot other areas in need to paint too, which I knew of, but hadn't called the needs out. When he could remind me, and want to be flexible in his pricing to take on that work, I found it agreeable to go ahead and do the work with him. Boy am I feeling I made the right choice to do what I hadn't done for 22 years. That means something, when someone is flexible to understand your hardships too, and come back with a win/win. I too, was human enough to be understanding to allow him to break for lunch and perhaps go to quote another job, then come back and finish the work we had. I think in today's world we have to be human beings and allow others to have these leeways to survive too, without the stigmas of the past. I felt I could trust Santos to return and follow thru. He never approached me hard for money until the work was done either. Where I'd have a pause for a funeral, he was flexible, then he'd complete days of work again, and I paid him for the second run of work. In hindsight, it was good that he quoted other business, so he had something to do, while we needed that day off. So, everything worked out in our case. Boy is he efficient in occupying every minute of his time. I felt he never rests and works from wee hours of the am til night, so if he ran a bit late, I was very understanding. He was great in keeping me posting on his ETA arrival times, even if only a few minutes late. I always, told him not to worry about being tardy, but being safe instead and not to rush. We don't need to run people ragged over painting work. Santos was very thorough and you might find him singing to the tune of his earphones, when he's really comfortable and happy. Thank you Santos. I will look forward to giving you more work in the future as needed in between my Renters. I feel like I found a lifelong Painter that I will refer folks too because of his work ethic. It was a pleasure to know you Santos. I will keep you amongst my referral list with neighbors, or perhaps invite you to the next 4th of July BBQ at our Home Owners Association when things are back to normal. Take care under Pandemic.
