Fernando not only had one of the best bids but completed the job in record time. He is very responsive! Exactly what I needed to get my investment property back on the market. He is a professional and his quality of work is fantastic (and I have a discerning eye). On top of that he is a can do guy that is very likable and super easy to work with. This Home painting business is fraught with individuals who provide a quote and attempt to upsell you on small add-ons/ questionable work/ need for close supervision, often leading to arguments afterwards. After using so many services for years, Fernando was a breath of fresh air- No drama, quote on the spot, which I agreed on the spot. excellent communications, outstanding work, customer service, and responsiveness of the highest quality. I am going to use him across my real estate portfolio. Rarely can we say in the home improvement business that you have an outstanding vendor you want to do business with again. Fernando was responsive, easy to work with, reliable, affordable, and punctual. We need to paint the entire house (+/- 1,700 sqft) and his estimation is about 4 days. He ended up only taking about 3 days to finish the job. The entire painting process went smoothly, and I am pleased with the efficiency of the work and of course with the result too. I also ended up using his services for junk removal.
