I recently had the pleasure of working with Fernando for an extensive interior paint job at my house, and I am really happy with the end result. Beyond just painting, Fernando helped us with additional projects. He helped us install recessed lighting in the kitchen and living room, changed our ceiling fan and chandelier, and even took on the task of replacing our doors. While there were some challenges along the way in particular with doors Fernando's hard work was evidence and he was able to finish the job. The only area for improvement would be paying a bit more attention to covering floors, as there were a few spills on our wood and carpet. However, this minor issue did not detract significantly from the overall quality of his work.

Fernando at essential concepts contacted me immediately after requesting a quote. He offered to come first thing in morning the very next day, andI definitely I appreciated his sense of urgency. He gave an estimate lower than all the other quotes I have received. Fernando stayed in contact contact with me, answering any questions I had, and came even came on a Sunday to do paint swabs on the walls to make sure we got the right color for house. I also appreciated that Fernando went above and beyond the scope of the work he was contracted to do. He helped consult on others things such as flooring and lights, and his other partner as essential concepts ended up doing recessed lighting for our house as well. 5/5 experience and I would work with Fernando again for any other projects I need.

I hired Fernando to paint an upstairs bedroom with a raised, beam ceiling. His crew did a great job on the bedroom and I hired Fernando again to install 10 recessed light in the kitchen and bedroom as well as paint an interior stairway. I am very happy with the work the Fernando and his team did.
