I always do a walk through with the costumer before the job starts and after the job is completed to make sure they are completely satisfied with the service we have provided. Jose helped me paint the entire home. He did provide us with paint and prep material. We were told initially job would take 2 days but ended up taking 5 days. This was fine with us. We noticed that after 1 month the wood paint is peeling off completely. The paint under is intact and in good condition. When it was bought to his attention, he asked for extra charge to fix his poorly done job. We will stick with old paint as it is in condition. He also maxed excuses on how other painter 10 years ago did not paint properly. We did not see peeling from old job but he should have either fixed the issue initially or told us he couldn’t before starting job. There were some places in the home that needed sanding. He initially said he would do it. But eventually did not do them. I spent 15 min and fixed it my self. His work is good if you want to waste money. In the end I could have just done this myself.

sorry to hear that we did do a walk through as I do with every costumer and I do touch up if needed before I receive payment. I did do the same process to every trim piece that was the same color I don't understand why only one piece 4x8 ish piece of trim pealed off only. I am able to prime and paint again to fix your issue.
