Dinh painted my condo and was very reasonable and professional. He helped me pick the paints and buy all the materials at the store. He painted everything impeccably. He always was upfront with information on what is possible and what is not. He forgot to paint a couple of places and upon clarification, he immediately spent 45 extra minutes to complete these extra spaces. Overall i would hire him again. What's great about dinh is that he has integrity. Something that's hard to come by in his trade.

Great friendly service from Dinh - the water heater replacement became tricky with the size difference of newer water heaters interfering with the current pipe routing and Dinh did a good job on the custom fit. He was also flexible working with my schedule in order to complete the project quickly and minimize the amount of downtime without hot water!

Dinh installed a ceiling fan in our master bedroom. Before his appointment time he texted me to let me know he was running late, and would be there in about 30 minutes. He actually only showed up about 15 minutes late. He immediately went to work removing the old ceiling fan and assembling and installing the new ceiling fan. Because this is an old house he encountered an electrical problem that took him longer to fix. Because it was getting very late, he had to leave and finish the installation the next day. Dinh spent about four hours over two days completing this project. Because of this I had expected him to ask for more money because of the extra time he spent working on this project, but to my surprise he actually agreed to the original price we had agreed upon. Dinh strikes me as unusually honest and extremely eager to do the Job right. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
