When the system continued to have intermittent breaker trips, he promptly returned, thoroughly re-evaluated the system, replaced the initial capacitor with a higher-quality Titan Pro capacitor at no additional charge, and topped off the refrigerant to ensure optimal performance. I appreciated his professionalism, honesty, and willingness to stand behind his work. He took the time to explain the issue, did not charge for the follow-up capacitor replacement, and made sure the system was operating properly before leaving. Since the repair, the AC has been cooling well without any breaker trips. Overall, a very positive experience. I would recommend “Heating and Air Experts” for HVAC repairs and maintenance."See more

I went through thumbtack and received several notifications back of companies that wanted to help. Ozone was the first one. I was thrilled that they could fit me in at a 2 PM to 4 PM timeslot as I was having people over for dinner tonight and expected 92 weather. He got here he was very quick clean explained everything and reasonable. I was a little hesitant because I didnt see many reviews but its because theyre a newer company and they just havent got them yet and I figured Id take a chance. Boy am I glad I did. Theyre coming tomorrow to give me an estimate on two new heaters and two new air conditioners.. I was very happy with their service and you will be too if you find yourself in need you cant go wrong with these guys!5 star for sure!!"See more
