Christiana Findley is a Life and Productivity coach who specializes in helping introverts establish positive habits and routines so they can step into who they choose to be, better manage their time and energy, and build the life they want. Focuses on: 1. Foundations (creating a roadmap of future and values work) 2. Personal systems (designing and executing habits/routines) 3. Goal setting (taking action on creating tangible results) 4. Accountability (check ins and out of session support and working through blocks) The methods used revolve around self-discovery, goal setting, addressing and working with blocks, and creating systems (that are tailored specifically for you) so that you can get to where you want to be. The framework I use is structured and flexible. There is an agenda for every session but I will always meet you where you are. If there are topics that we need to address before moving on, we do that first, always. After every session, you will have actionable steps to utilize and add on to your game plan. Typically throughout the coaching process mental shifts are made, clients create tangible evidence and gain a deeper sense of self as they continue their journey in self-discovery and take action. In our sessions together (up to 90 minutes), we will collaborate to get clear on what kind of structure and support that resonates with YOU so that you can manage your time and energy as you follow through on what invites more freedom and fulfillment in your life.
