- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bigger party, I would give a discount. Also I like to be flexible with prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off I would like to know what they feel most comfortable with, natural skin look light makeup or an evening look. Also what type of skin they have... For example dry/oily/combo, that way I can work the makeup to look fresh and clean like I just applied it, even after hours of wear. I also do free consultation over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Through my years of experience working as an artist for many high-end brand (Laura Mercier, Estée Lauder, Lancôme and Dior) to name a few. I would get sent to seminars to enhance my knowledge of the products and how to apply them.
