Straighten hair from curly... I have a very curly hair, after straightening it looked as if I straightened it myself .. did not get salon quality. I was facing a closet door sitting on a folding chair for an hour. They could have at least had an extension cord to accommodate the straighteners and hair dryers instead of asking the client to move. I gave double the price that was initially quoted but it was agreed upon price.

As specified in our messages, we had discussed about your hair. You mentioned that you have been getting your hair straightened in salons, and your at a point where you almost want to give up because of how rough and curly your hair is. It did take an hour to get your hair straightened since you had rough curly hair. First I had to wet your hair and blow dry it. Then I straightened it for you in the best way possible. When I was done with your hair, you had no complains about it and I asked you if everything looks right. You could've told me that you weren't happy with how your hair turned out so that I could fix it for you. You seemed happy with the final look. I'm sorry about the chair, but you didn't seem to have a problem with it while you were getting your hair done. The price was agreed upon, I don't think you should've had an issue with that. Hope to work and communicate better next time.
