I am a holistic practitioner, based on years of experience has developed my unique massage technique in combination Lomi/Swedish which helps to very gently relax the body and muscles. I Use also cupping and honey Massage.
I take my job as a bodywork professional seriously! My approach is patient and detailed-each person is like a puzzle to unlock!I love the challenge of unwinding aches and strains, and bringing the body back into balance. I always work to create a stress-free environment where you can feel safe and pampered!
Each massage includes 5 minutes of complimentary Hot Stones or
KALIMBA (a healing musical instrument).

I really needed a massage to get rid of knots & muscle tightness... I contacted Lana and she responded right away. We switched from emails to text and was able to setup an appointment quickly. I choose to go to her location for the massage and had a 90 minute 4 hands massage. I never had it before but Lana said to give a try so I did. It did cost extra but was quite the experience. Two people proving the massage instead of one...
Overall, I had deep tissue/sports massage and it was great! They reminded me to breathe during the painful parts and it was all with it in the end. I felt so much better afterwards. Lana told me drink lots of water and I left pain free.

I have taken 6 massages from “Healing 4 Hands” so far and these are the best massages I’ve ever had. After each session my body becomes more flexible and it feels lighter and softer. My energy level is rising and I don’t feel tiredness during the day. Every week I experience
shiatsu, deep tissue or anti-cellulite massages; and I highly recommend to try different types of them so you can find the one that fits you the most.

Lana was amazing! My back pain, my tightness in the neck/shoulders, and all the other things that have been chronically bothering me lately are gone after her massage. I like my massages with a lot of pressure, and she's able to provide that (but she can also go lighter, depending on your preference). She was able to suss out all of the tight/knotted/sore/pain spots on my body and did a great job at relieving all of the issues. She's also extremely easy to communicate with and is very responsive, so the whole experience was great!

What I liked the most about her massage is that she used various techniques depending on the issue. For example on my legs she used cupping and that does amazing job preventing ( and fighting) cellulite. Somehow she also incorporated the sound of a musical instrument and that totally relaxed me even more. This massage is good for the mind and body.
