- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that we have fair pricing and can work with any budget. We don't start charging you until we arrive at your home. We want to be as transparent as we can be, so below are some discounts and fees that you'll see included in your estimate. - No truck fee charge if the service is a small 1 bedroom apartment. - If available, used boxes will be discounted at half price. - $60 fuel charge fee (within 30 miles). - Return home driving time fee (depending on your distance) - Material usage fee (depending on the magnitude of the service). 2 hours minimum charge . Note. - for an additional packing services it would be $20 per hour extra. Customers will pay the cost of the Insurance they require.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, the most important factor to us is communication. We want to make sure you are getting beyond the service you requested. We respect and acknowledge you and want to provide the best service possible. This is what we aspire not only with our new customers but also with our former clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to starting my business, I worked for over 15 years with another moving company. I have plenty of experience and made sure I learned every aspect of the moving process.
