- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For local moves we charge a 3 hour minimum plus any additional time used, plus double drive time, fuel when it applies, no taxes, tips are up to you. For long distance moves we charge by the cubic foot or by the pound.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.First we ask in-depth questions before providing a professional quote 2.Bookings are made by supplying your addresses, and a deposit to hold the date 3.The day before the move our sales associates reach out to reconfirm your move and answer questions 4.Friendly tips and reminders are sent out 5.On the move day your team calls you as they are on their way 6.Upon arrival our team walks the space, goes over expectations and paperwork, time starts when they arrive to your location, ends when they finish at your destination 7.Payment is made at the conclusion of the move with cash or credit (we currently do not accept personal checks)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 plus years of experience in the industry means we know what we are doing! Generous amounts of time studying the PUC (Public Utility Commission), and DOT (Department of Transportation) guidelines. Industry networking to keep on top of tips and trends.
