I was so pleased with this service! I have been dreading cleaning out a carport area that we’ve used for storage for the last decade. Most of the things were kids toys and sports equipment or leftover materials from home projects that would not be used. I did not want to clean it up myself as I have a hard time organizing and also parting with things. Dinize sent a team of three, they were fantastic, very efficient, very professional, and very courteous. They spent five hours cleaning and organizing, and then the cargo van came later that evening to haul away all the junk and donations. I only had to spend 20 minutes determining what to keep versus donate or toss. Fantastic service!

Dinize and her team were absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, Dinize was extremely prompt, responsive, and made the entire process so easy. I needed help right away with unpacking and organizing our kitchen after moving into a new home, and she was able to quickly arrange for two members of her team to come help us. They arrived right on time, were incredibly professional, kind, and immediately got to work. What really stood out was how thoughtful and intuitive they were—they asked questions to make sure everything was organized according to our preferences, then unpacked all the boxes and transformed our kitchen into a beautifully organized, functional space. They even identified a few storage items that would make the kitchen more efficient, created a list, and went to the store to purchase them for us. They truly went above and beyond! At the end, they walked us through everything and showed us where they had put everything, which was incredibly helpful. The entire team was thorough, efficient, thoughtful, and such a pleasure to work with. Dinize and her team exceeded our expectations, and we will absolutely hire them again for future needs. Dinize was terrific! She and her partner swooped in with the right supplies, got things done efficiently and was very pleasant to work with — especially at a stressful time. Boxes were packed well and labeled. And her rate was very reasonable. They didn’t forget a thing. I’d hire them again anytime.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to make my costumers happy, and work with their budget. Prices depends on scoop of work, and how many organizers is need it to get the job done!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is the key. I always try as much as possible to work on schedule, time frame, details to decide on how many organizers we need it. I understand is an investment, and I need to be able to complete the job promised.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of NAPO (National association of professional organizers), went to many seminars and I have 17 years' experience on Home Organizing.
