My husband and I rented an older home in order to give our almost two year old son more room to play. The house was terribly outdated and had bad paint, old appliances and carpeting everywhere, including the bathrooms and kitchen. It left a lot to be desired. We hired Noe based on seeing his previous work in another home.
He repainted the walls for us flawlessly and finished all the trims by hand. We were grateful and even more impressed by his tile work. He tore up ALL the carpeting in our home and replaced most of it with tile. His work was very precise and he is clearly someone who takes pride in his craft. He also replaced the appliances, sanded and stained the hardwood floors (which were hidden under the ugly carpet in a few rooms), painted the baseboards, replaced a wall radiator and cleaned up all the debris and trash from the remodel. It took him about a week to do all the work himself, the job was priced fairly and the work was very high quality. We would definitely hire him again and recommend Noe to family and friends.
My only thought for improvement would be for him to create a website for the company. That way we could easily direct people to his site for all their home improvement needs.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Martin Construction! Noe was always on time, very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. I am really pleased with the work he did and get compliments all the time from people on the beautiful crown moldings, built in bench and custom closest and laundry room the Noe created for us. Very fair prices! I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of my lack of construction knowledge which was a big concern of mine with other ccmpanies. He listened to what I wanted and even though I couldnt articulate exactly what I wanted, I told him what I needed and Noe helped me figure out how to solve my space issues and get the most out of my laundry room and closets. Now they are beautiful AND functional! I definitely plan on using Martin Construction again when I redo my patio this summer!

Had a tennant move out on short notice, had to have some work done on the apartment quickly as i had a tennant lined up. He installed a 12x20 foot deck and a ac unit in two days. left me plenty of time before my next tennant moved in.
