My services are offered through structured weekly support packages rather than hourly work. This allows for consistent, high-quality support without the need for constant tracking or micromanagement. Each package includes a set number of dedicated service hours. I focus on long-term, reliable support for clients who are ready to stay organized and efficient.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a brief consultation to understand your business needs, current systems, and areas that need improvement. From there, I recommend the most appropriate support package. Once we begin, I assess your current workflows and implement organized systems for communication, scheduling, and client management to ensure everything runs smoothly.

I have hands-on experience managing administrative tasks, client communication, and backend organization in fast-paced environments. I’ve also built and structured my own business, which has strengthened my ability to create efficient systems, manage workflows, and stay highly organized under pressure.
