- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Depending on the job and how long it may take; I will either charge by the hour or a flat fee. All fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to starting the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I communicate with potential new customers via phone, text, and email. If they are within 20 miles of my home I will do a free consultation in their home. I will also make suggestions prior to arriving for any items I may need to save time completing the job in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in the service industry and owned multiple companies for more than 20 years. I have experience in all the work we offer and are happy to talk about my specific experience to my potential customers.
