I hired Audrey to help my mother unpack and organize her new apartment. The level of professionalism matches her wonderful personality. She is extremely efficient, punctual, and great at what she does. My mom watched in awe as she turned what seemed like a multi week event, into 3.5 hour day. Within literally minutes, Audrey organized my home office in a way that works for me. I use my office for work at as an art studio. And she organized for both modalities (creative and work) with ease. She asked the right probing questions to start and got right to work. She came prepared with organizing supplies, but worked with what I already had. She met and exceeded my expectations in the allotted 2 hours. My home office/art studio is comfortably functional for both. 100% recommend.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am conscientious of customers time and money. I work in a very efficient way.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to connect with my customers via email or phone to clarify what they’re looking for. Some clients are too busy for this initial step so I am also good at jumping into situations when necessary.
Every client is unique so I like to get to know what their needs are. Some clients want a one time organization and for others I help them set up a system to keep areas clutter free on an ongoing basis. I assess supplies needed and offer to purchase them and have the client reimburse me or have the client purchase the items themselves.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 33 years experience working with many varieties of clients. Helping people who feel overwhelmed by bringing in a sense of relief and calm as we all know organization, moving, dealing with day to day life with jobs and kids can feel like a daunting task.
