I am a Pro Mixed Martial Artist since 2015
I enjoy teaching, coaching and engaging you in fun , action packed workouts. Learn fundamentals and technique while hitting the Thai pads .
Let’s link up and we can schedule your first 30 or 55 minute Self Defense and Kickboxing Training session all ages and levels are welcome
We can meet outdoor, a park or your garage or my gym for the workout
We will get Your muscles toned with resistance training. We will go over kickboxing techniques to strengthen your kicks and punches .
For your first workout We can meet at a location of your choice.

Mefi was great with our 8 year old son. He was supportive and encouraging. Our son has a disability and Mefi was really great about challenging him but also respecting his unique limitations. We look forward to more sessions in the future.

My nanny kid had a BLAST learning from Meffi! He kept the workout fun and enjoyable. He can’t wait to see him again! Hes with kids, friendly, and is responsive.
