Silicon Valley Nutrition and Performance is the top personal training company I've worked with. Del is a true professional, and a great guy. He is punctual, knowledgeable and showed he is personally invested in my success to achieve new physical goals. All of our interactions and training sessions were geared towards setting goals and acheiving results. Kevin is an encyclopedia of knowledge around healthy nutrition. He is also extremely professional, a great guy and has provided me with a nutrition program that has allowed me to increase the quality and taste of the food that I am eating, which has helped me lose weight, maximize my weight training results and enjoy my meals. Overall, they combine to make an amazing team. This program has given me the knowledge I was lacking to live a healthy lifestyle and a method to continuously evaluate my progress through a great exercise program, nutrition program and recurring body scans showing my lean and fat tissue percentages. My experience with SVNP has been outstanding so far. I have taking the nutrition and the training program. Dela and Kevin have been incredibly responsive and I have lost almost 10kgs in the first 6 weeks while building some muscle. Incredible program and I will continue to work with them for at least 6 more months/a year.

I have recommended SVNP to everyone I have met since I started working with them. They are incredible! We first connected in 2019. I approached them with a wide array of goals including general mobility to offset my desk-job, improving my tennis performance, strength and physique. The team helped me prioritize and put together a program tailor-made for these goals while reserving time for me to do the things I love like playing sports, hiking, and power yoga. After a long hiatus during the pandemic– during which they reached out to check up on me– I resumed training with them in early 2021 with similar goals. The results have been phenomenal! I have seen amazing body recomposition. I have learned to eat healthy and also eat a slice of my favorite cake guilt-free. More importantly, I developed a whole new lifestyle that's easy to maintain, focused as much on fitness as it is on happiness and low-effort healthy living. The training sessions are focussed and fun. Both Dela and Tinh push me to give my all during the session constantly maintaining focus on form, variation and progression. And for those days when I feel under the weather or just feel like doing something different, Dela and Tinh already have a plan for me to get the most out of my session, quickly tweaking the program, introducing new movement and rep-patterns. Every session I look forward to what WOD (Workout of the Day) Tinh has planned or what new movement Dela might teach me. Under their coaching, I have steadily and safely reached fitness milestones that I previously considered impossible. Coupled with the tailor-made training program is Kevin's nutrition program which has been a revelation. Rather than being a restrictive and disruptive diet-based program, Kevin's focus has been on elevating my existing practices, making small changes that have huge impact. It's been as simple as sharing pictures of my meal and getting his help to calibrate the food I love or identifying well balanced food at my favorite restaurants. Kevin has also educated me on the way my body works, how foods affect it and how to tune food intake to best serve my body. He has designed balanced meals for me and provided me with handouts for every one of my big food questions. He navigates my vegetarian diet as easily as he clears his benchpresses. Kevin focuses as much on eating healthy as he does on having a healthy relationship with food, asking at each session not only how healthily I ate, but also how I enjoyed my food and how easy or difficult the program has been to follow. SVNP is truly a game-changer in the fitness and personal training industry. They embody the phrase, "Give a man a fish and you'll feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you'll feed him for life", training me on technique, life skills, and a wealth of knowledge about my own body and about fitness that I can take with me wherever I go. In all, if you're looking for a fun, committed, and knowledgeable personal training team, look no further!

    Our pricing is discounted based on the length of your commitment (1, 2, 3, & 6 months). Our pricing is also discounted if you engage in nutrition and training services, versus just one or the other. We also offer discounts if you train with a friend or family member, up to 3 people per training session!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We always start our programs with a virtual initial consultation so you can meet our team of professionals, and we can get to know you. During our initial consultations we will discuss your fitness journey, and work on prioritizing your goals so we can customize a program to fit your specific needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
