Certified Food Handler I have over 10 years experience in bartending and hospitality industry, started my bartending passion in 2012 at Sheraton Hotel. I have worked in different type of bars, restaurants and night club, also private parties, etc. My service includes traveling, bar set up, some cocktail flavor if needed, bartending and cleaning up. I do grow my own organic mints for some specialty cocktails that's also would love to discuss with you about. I do not provide liquors and due to traveling, I am not available to provide ices. Portable bar and Cooler are available for rent with service. Plastic cups are negotiable. Please note that I will need 30 minutes to 1.5 hours (depends on the party needs) ahead of serving time to get my bar ready (that include building the bar up, filling ices in ice cooler, cutting and putting out garnishes, liquor and ingredients, etc). I enjoy being behind my bar, talking to customers, making nice cocktails and seeing a party run smoothly and effortlessly. The result is happy guests and long term business relationships.

Vanessa was responsive which I really appreciated. She helped us come up with the bar menu, and provided list for supplies and where we can purchase them. Vanessa and the bar was one of the highlight of the party. Some comments from my guests: “Nico wasn’t feeling the mixed drinks and asked bartender for something more simple but with tequila and made him a custom drink (it was just like, club soda and tequila) but 10/10 for Vanessa” “When she was already wrapping up and closing, she still made me a drink, 10/10” “ …she cleaned up and packed everything before she left. Van is an amazing bartender and made the evening for all our guests special. She came ahead of time and had the bar set up so well that it looked amazing. The guests loved the drinks - gin gimlets and whisky sour were a hit. I’d definitely recommend her!!

Vanessa tended bar for us at our son's engagement party and did an amazing job. The crowd swelled over the course of the day from 30 to almost 90 people and because she was making three specialty drinks, the bar was a hit all night long and Van barely got a break!! She was great with all of the guests and was fast even with the keg, wine and mixed drinks all in her domain. I'd hire her again in a second and recommend her for any job if you want a great bartender, experienced and just nice person to chat with. I get first dibs however if we call at the same time!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
So these are what included in my service - Traveling - Set up, clean up - Bar tools (shakers, garnishes holder with lids, bar countertop mats, etc...) - 41 qts ice cooler, also my bar will have a small ice cooler as well - Consultation service (when you hire my service, if you have no idea what to get for your event. That's not a problem, we can discuss about it, you can reach me any time) - Bartending service What is included with additional fee - I have an actual portable bar (it's big, sturdy so it's really heavy to carry around but it looks really nice for the party, you can check it out on my projects photos) - $40 What is not included - I do not provide ice, we can discuss about the disposable plastic cups I hope these informations are helpful.
