- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our packages come with the same features. The pricing is contingent on how long you need to rent the photobooth for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Have the client fill out a questionnaire on our website to get more information about the services that are needed. 2. Go over pricing with the client and answer any additional questions that come up during the conversation. 3. If the client is interested, a contract with be sent over. The contract will outline expectations from both the provider and the client. A payment schedule will also be included.
