- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our property management pricing is designed to be transparent and flexible depending on the type of property and level of service needed. Management fees typically range from 5%–7.5% of the monthly rent, with condos typically ranging from 6%–9%. For owners who only need tenant placement services, leasing is available for $1,250, and lease renewals are $250. Our management services include marketing, tenant screening, showings, lease preparation, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and professional support. We aim to provide excellent value while helping owners maximize rental income and protect their investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a consultation and property evaluation to understand the owner's goals and the property’s potential. Once the property is ready, we market it across major rental platforms, schedule showings, and attract qualified applicants. We perform detailed tenant screenings that review background history, credit, and rental history to ensure the best possible tenant placement. After a tenant is approved, we prepare the lease agreement, coordinate move-in procedures, and begin managing the property. Ongoing management includes rent collection, maintenance coordination, property inspections, and financial reporting to ensure your property performs well and remains compliant with local regulations.
