Larry put in many hours to help me locate and purchase an inexpensive condo that he was not likely to make much commission on. The sale dragged on for two weeks after the anticipated close of escrow (due to circumstances out of our control), but Larry remained calm and patient and answered all my questions quickly. Larry researched and obtained the best loan possible for our investment property. He gave us several scenerios based on different time spans of the loan and the amount of the loan. He presented it to us such that we could see exactly how much we would pay monthly and for how long. This enabled us to make the best choice possible. He also continues to keep an eye on interest rates for us and informs us on refinancing options. We trust Larry implicitly which is crucial when dealing with important financial decisions.
