Jerry replaced our water heater and did an excellent job—professional, efficient, and within a reasonable budget. He explained everything clearly and was upfront about the costs, which I really appreciated. Later, I reached out to him about a sewage blockage. Instead of trying to charge for a service, he honestly told me it was the city's responsibility and advised me to contact them directly. I followed his advice, and the city resolved the issue. It’s not easy to find someone so skilled, honest, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend Jerry for any plumbing work!

We needed three faucets and drains installed quickly. Jerry stepped in and did all of the work. It turned out to be somewhat more complicated but, Jerry got everything taken care of in the timeframe we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to call J B again.
