Jerry replaced our water heater and did an excellent job—professional, efficient, and within a reasonable budget. He explained everything clearly and was upfront about the costs, which I really appreciated. Later, I reached out to him about a sewage blockage. Instead of trying to charge for a service, he honestly told me it was the city's responsibility and advised me to contact them directly. I followed his advice, and the city resolved the issue. It’s not easy to find someone so skilled, honest, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend Jerry for any plumbing work!
